This year we will be inviting our whole school community to dress up to celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 7th March. You could dress up as a favourite book character and bring their favourite book to school or come to school for a cosy story time in pyjamas and onesies and slippers (please bring a change of shoes!).

We will also be having a competition to find which class can read the most! Pupils will add a sticker to their class chart every time they read for 10 minutes or more at school or at home! This will begin on Monday 4th March, ending on Friday 8th when we declare our reading superstars!  See below for some ideas on boosting reading power at home!

Classes will be enjoying a range of reading activities throughout the day which we will share on our social media accounts, so give us a follow!
